Low Carb Broccoli Salad

January 1st is approaching and soon every platform will be smothered & covered with magic pills, wraps and products.

Y’all don’t need any of that. Just eat real food. No need for expensive shakes, bars or products. I’m not anti products but if you’re just starting out. Just eat real food that’s low carb. You need to establish a healthy routine before consuming all the keto products. Then once you do, It’s all about moderation.

Anywho!!! Here’s a simple recipe. My favorite kind.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups of fresh broccoli
  • 1 cup of dukes mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • splash of apple cider vinegar
  • sweetener to taste

Instructions

Just mix it all up and let it set in fridge for a few hours before serving.

You can also add sunflower seeds for an extra crunch.
