This time of year, I always crave hot chocolate. In the past, I stressed about the sugars in it but now, I finally have the perfect replacement without all the carbs and sugar.
Ingredients
1 scoop of Key Nutrients Cocoa MCT powder https://keynutrients.com/ref/southern.blessed.farmlife/
8 oz low carb milk ( I like carbmaster brand from Kroger) You can also use almond milk.
whipped topping and chocolate syrup are optional
Instructions
Heat milk your preferred method and add 1 scoop of the Cocoa powder and mix together until smooth.
